Refund Policy

Overview
StoreScreenshot sells one-time credit packs. Credits are delivered to your account right after payment and never expire, renew, or auto-charge. This policy explains when a credit purchase can be refunded. It is part of our Terms of Service.
24-hour refund on unused credit packs
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as none of the credits from that purchase have been used. A pack is considered used the moment any screenshot credit or translation credit from it is spent, even once.
If the pack is still completely untouched, we refund the full amount to your original payment method and remove the credits from your account.
When a refund is not available
A purchase is not refundable once any credit from it has been used, because generating screenshots and translations relies on paid AI processing that cannot be reversed. It is also not refundable after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Because credits are consumed one generation at a time, we do not offer partial or prorated refunds on packs that have already been started.
Free tier and the watermark
The free tier lets you try the studio at no cost, with a watermark on exports. Your first purchase removes that watermark permanently. If we refund an unused first purchase under the 24-hour window, the watermark-free status tied to that purchase is also removed.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 24 hours of purchase. Tell us which purchase you mean. We aim to review requests quickly, and approved refunds are returned through Stripe to your original payment method.
EU right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because credits are available immediately, you acknowledge that this statutory right may no longer apply once you start using them. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
