Terms of Service

StoreScreenshot is operated by MISKOUNE SASU, registered office at 20 Cité du Rendez-Vous, 75012 Paris, France. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

StoreScreenshot is an online studio to design, manage, translate, and export App Store and Google Play screenshots. We improve the service over time, so features may change, be added, or be removed.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may sign in by email or through Google or Apple.

The service offers a free tier and one-time credit packs. Prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are bought once and do not renew or auto-charge. Your first purchase removes the export watermark permanently. Applicable taxes are included where shown.

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Once any credit is spent, or after 24 hours, the purchase is no longer refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

As an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because credits are available immediately, you acknowledge that this statutory right may no longer apply once you begin using them. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

There is no subscription to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can request the deletion of your account and data by contacting [email protected].

You may not use the service unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to disrupt or misuse it. You must hold all necessary rights to the screenshots and content you upload, and you are responsible for that content.

You keep ownership of the content you create and the screenshots you export. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process your content in order to provide the service. The platform itself, its software, and its templates remain the property of MISKOUNE SASU.

The service is provided on an as available basis. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU continue to apply. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to those consumer protections.

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. For any question, contact [email protected].
